Chef Jessie Kincheloe, owner of farm-inspired wine country restaurant Valley Commissary, will be preparing an awe-inspiring four course meal. This intimate dinner will showcase the incredible bounty of the Pacific Northwest, using only the freshest ingredients sourced from local farms, beautifully paired with our terroir-driven wines.
