Menus will be foraged and sourced from local farms, uniquely prepared to give you the best food and wine experiences we can imagine. Chef Henry Kibit formerly Co-Owned and opened Cypress Restaurant at The Atticus Hotel in McMinnville, and prior was the Executive Chef at Sokol Blosser Winery where he developed their "Farm & Forage" experiences. We are thrilled to be working with him this year and can't wait to see his innovative menus.

1st | Amarosa Fingerling, Oregon Black Truffle, Crème Fraîche, Parmesan Frico, paired with 2019 Estate Vineyard Chardonnay
2nd | Skuna Bay Salmon, Spring Onion Cream, Charred Sprouting Brassicas, Dandelion Agrodolce paired with 2022 Famiglia Pinot Noir
